1. Purpose

m4atomp3.fr provides a free audio file conversion tool that runs in the user's browser. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Permitted use

The user agrees to convert only files for which they hold the rights or for which conversion is permitted (private copying, free content, personal creations). Circumventing technical protection measures (DRM) is prohibited and is not made possible by the service.

3. Availability

The service is provided with no guarantee of availability or results. The publisher may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

4. Limitation of liability

The publisher is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, in particular the loss or alteration of files. Always keep your original files.

5. Abuse

Any automated use, attempt to overload or intrude into the service may result in blocking and, where applicable, legal action.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
